How to Use

Take a small amount of cleanser and lather in your hands. Apply to the scalp and gently massage, working the product through to the ends. Rinse thoroughly with cold or lukewarm water. For hair with heavy buildup, a second wash is recommended.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@redefineroots.com and send your item to C-297 Basement Defence Colony, New Delhi.

Shipping

We provide shipping with third-party courier partners. Shipping time May vary depending on location and situation from 2 days to up to 7 days.

If you received damaged products please email the pictures along with unboxing video of products on sarinskinsolutions@gmail.com.

The products will be Returned To Origin, validated and a replacement will be shipped once case is validated satisfactorily.

This process may take upto 30 days to complete.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
